1. How We Collect and Use Your User Information
(1) Information We Collect and Use During Your Use of Our Products or Services
We only collect and use your user information for the business functions described in this policy. The purpose of collecting user information is to provide products or services to you. You may choose whether to provide such information, but in many cases, if you do not provide it, we may be unable to offer corresponding services or respond to your issues.When you use our services, we may collect information you provide directly or information necessary for providing the service, including account nickname, password, password protection options, email address, mobile number, location information, and device information.
For personal information we collect, we may use it to create your account, provide check-in information sharing services, search services, and publishing services.
The above information you provide will be authorized for our use during your use of this service. When you stop using the push service, we will stop using and delete such information.
We will de-identify or anonymize collected user information in accordance with law. Information that cannot identify a natural person alone or in combination with other information is not considered personal information in the legal sense. If we combine non-personal information with other information to identify you, or combine it with your personal information, we will treat and protect such information as personal information during the combined use period under this policy.
To better operate and improve our technology and services, or due to changes in business strategy, when collection, use, or processing of user information exceeds the scope described above, or when collected user information is used for purposes not specified in this policy, or when information collected for a specific purpose is used for another purpose, we will notify you within a reasonable period after collection or before processing and obtain your authorization and consent.
(2) Exceptions to Prior Authorization and Consent
Please understand that under laws, regulations, and applicable national standards, we may collect and use your user information without your prior authorization and consent in the following cases:1) Directly related to national security or defense security;
2) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
4) For protecting significant lawful rights and interests such as life and property of you or others where obtaining consent is difficult;
5) Where the information is disclosed by you to the public on your own;
6) Where information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports and government disclosures;
7) Necessary for entering into or performing a contract at your request;
8) Necessary to maintain safe and stable operation of software and related services, such as discovering and handling faults;
9) Where a personal information controller is a news organization and processing is necessary for lawful news reporting;
10) Where academic research institutions conduct statistics or academic research in the public interest and de-identify personal information in externally provided research results;
11) Other circumstances as provided by laws and regulations.
3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your User Information
(1) Sharing
We do not share your user information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:1) Sharing with explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we may share your user information with other parties;
2) We may share your user information externally as required by laws and regulations or mandatory requests of competent government authorities;
3) Sharing with our affiliates: your user information may be shared with our affiliates. We only share necessary information and it is subject to the purposes stated in this policy. If an affiliate intends to change the processing purpose, it will seek your authorization and consent again;
4) Sharing with authorized partners: to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, certain services are provided by authorized partners. We may share certain user information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We only share information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and only information necessary for service provision. To better operate and improve technology and services, you agree that we and authorized partners may use collected information for other services and purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Examples of authorized partners and their privacy policies:
1) Push message service provider: GeTui technology services are provided by Daily Interactive Co., Ltd. We may provide your device platform, manufacturer and brand, model and system version, device identifiers, serial number, app list information, network information, and location-related information to Daily Interactive Co., Ltd. for push services. When pushing messages, we may authorize Daily Interactive Co., Ltd. to perform link adjustment and re-activate closed SDK push processes to ensure timely delivery. 2) Advertising and media: we may share collected information with advertising/media partners and other authorized partners for commercial purposes, including optimizing ad delivery and improving marketing effectiveness.
For parties with whom we share user information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to process user information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and any relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(2) Transfer
We do not transfer your user information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:1) Transfer with explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we may transfer your user information to other parties;
2) In mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation involving user information transfer, we will require the new holder of your user information to continue being bound by this policy; otherwise, we will require it to seek your authorization and consent again.
(3) Public Disclosure
We will publicly disclose your user information only in the following circumstances:1) With your explicit consent;
2) Disclosure based on law: under legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requests from government authorities, we may publicly disclose your user information.
(4) Exceptions to Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
Under laws, regulations, and applicable national standards, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose your user information without your prior authorization and consent in the following cases:1) Directly related to national security or defense security;

6) Information collected from lawfully publicly disclosed sources such as lawful news reports and government disclosures.
4. How We Protect Your User Information

We have adopted security measures consistent with industry standards to protect your user information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. We take all reasonably practicable measures to protect your user information. For example, data exchanged between your browser and the service is protected by SSL encryption; we provide HTTPS secure browsing; we use encryption to ensure data confidentiality; we use trusted protection mechanisms against malicious attacks; we deploy access control to ensure only authorized personnel can access user information; and we provide security and privacy training to strengthen awareness among employees.(2)
We take all reasonably practicable measures to ensure no irrelevant user information is collected. We retain your user information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.(3)
The internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Email, instant messaging, and communication with other users may not be encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send user information through such channels.(4)
The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send us. Even with substantial effort and all reasonable and necessary measures, it may still be impossible to fully prevent illegal access, theft, tampering, or damage to your user information that may harm your lawful rights and interests. Please understand and voluntarily bear these risks associated with information networks.(5)
In the event of a user information security incident, we will promptly inform you as required by law, including basic details and possible impact, measures taken or to be taken, recommendations for self-protection and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you by email, letter, phone, push notification, or other means. If it is difficult to inform all data subjects individually, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. We will also proactively report incident handling to regulators as required.5. Your Rights

For other user information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you as long as doing so does not require disproportionate effort. To exercise this right, please email marsplate@163.com.
(2) Correct Your User Information
If you find errors in your user information processed by us, you have the right to request correction. You can apply using the methods listed in "(1) Access Your User Information." If not possible through those methods, contact us via web form or email at marsplate@163.com. We will respond within 30 days.(3) Delete Your User Information
You may request deletion of your user information in the following circumstances:1) If our processing violates laws and regulations;
2) If we collect or use your user information without your consent;
3) If our processing violates agreements with you;
4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you close your account;
5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.
We will evaluate your deletion request and process it if applicable conditions are met. To protect account security, we may require identity verification. After deletion from our services, due to applicable laws and security technologies, corresponding information may not be immediately deleted from backup systems; we will securely store it until backup deletion or anonymization is possible.
(4) Change the Scope of Your Consent
Each business function requires certain basic user information (see "Section 1"). You may grant or withdraw consent to collection and use of user information at any time.After consent is withdrawn, we will no longer process corresponding user information. Please note that withdrawing consent may cause consequences, such as inability to continue providing certain services or functions, but your withdrawal does not affect prior processing based on your earlier authorization.
(5) Account Deregistration
You may apply to deregister your previously registered account at any time by emailing marsplate@163.com.After deregistration, we will stop providing products or services and delete or anonymize your information upon your request, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise. This may result in loss of access to account data, so please proceed with caution.
(6) Obtain a Copy of Your User Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your user information. You can apply by emailing marsplate@163.com.Where technically feasible (for example, data interface compatibility), we may also directly transmit a copy of your user information to a third party designated by you upon request.
(7) Restrict Automated Decision-Making
In certain business functions, decisions may be made solely by automated systems such as information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly affect your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.(8) Responding to Your Requests
For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We may ask you to verify identity before processing your request.We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but may charge costs for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, technically excessive (such as developing a new system or fundamentally changing existing practice), risky to others' lawful rights, or impractical. Due to security concerns, legal requirements, or technical limitations, we may also be unable to respond to certain requests, including:
1) Requests related to fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations;
2) Requests directly related to national security or defense security;
3) Requests directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
4) Requests directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
5) Cases where there is sufficient evidence that the data subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;
6) Cases where consent is difficult to obtain and processing is necessary to protect major lawful rights and interests such as life and property of the data subject or others;
7) Cases where responding would seriously damage lawful rights and interests of the data subject or other individuals/organizations;
8) Cases involving trade secrets.
6. How We Process Children's Personal Information
We attach great importance to protecting children's personal information. Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Without parental or guardian consent, children should not create their own user accounts. Although definitions of children vary by local law and custom, we treat anyone under the age of 14 as a child.For children's user information collected with parental or guardian consent, we only store, use, or disclose such information where legally permitted, expressly consented by parents/guardians, or necessary for child protection; otherwise, we will seek to delete relevant data as soon as possible.
Given limitations of existing technology and business models, we may find it difficult to proactively identify children's personal information. If you discover that we have collected a child's personal information without awareness or without verifiable prior guardian consent, please contact us promptly. We will seek to delete it in a timely manner upon discovery. If we discover this ourselves, we will also promptly delete it, except where retention is legally required.
7. How Your User Information Is Stored and Transferred Globally
In principle, user information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China is stored within the People's Republic of China. We retain your user information only for the period necessary for the purposes and uses described in this policy and the minimum retention period required by laws and regulations. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your user information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, unless otherwise required by law or needed for public interest, scientific/historical research, or your separate authorization and consent.Because we provide products or services through resources and servers distributed globally, after obtaining your authorization and consent, your user information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside your country/region of use, or be accessed from such jurisdictions.
Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, or no relevant laws. In these cases, we will ensure your user information receives protection equivalent to that in the People's Republic of China. For example, we will request your consent for cross-border transfer of user information and implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border transfer.
8. How This Policy Is Updated
Our privacy policy may change. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy. We will publish any changes to this policy on this page.For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice. Material changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
1) Significant changes in our service model, such as purpose of processing, types of user information processed, or usage methods;
2) Significant changes in ownership structure or organizational structure, such as ownership changes caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy, or mergers/acquisitions;
